Timing your sessions
The colder the temperature, the less exposure is required for an effective sessions. That's where our waterproof timer comes in. We have included a handy water-resistant stopwatch to help time your sessions.
It is not just water-resistant, but completely waterproof, and you can accurately measure your time spent in the ice bath for optimal results and recovery.
